Your Time is ValuableWe know your time is valuable and have made it a top priority to run an efficient schedule, making sure each patient is seen promptly at his or her scheduled time. We work hard to stay on schedule so that our patients rarely have to wait. Also, our schedule allows us plenty of time for each patient's adjustment and time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We offer early morning and late afternoon appointments. Our Office Hours Our office is conveniently open Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 am until 5 pm and Thursday from 7:30 am until 1:00 pm. We find that these hours can accommodate nearly everyone’s schedule. We are always available to answer any questions you may have during regular office hours. Emergencies Dr. Kallis, or one of our staff members, is always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take care of your emergency needs. Insurance If you have orthodontic insurance coverage, it will help in reducing your expenses for treatment. Most dental insurance plans cover 80% to 100% of dental work needed whereas most orthodontic plans only cover 50% of the cost, up to a specified lifetime maximum. Prior to your initial examination appointment, we will determine your coverage. We will accept assignment of benefits and handle all the necessary steps to make sure you receive your maximum benefit. Financial Arrangements Most orthodontic problems, if left untreated, can create far more costly problems in the future. We strive to remove financial barriers because we believe everyone deserves a beautiful smile. Although fees vary according to the complexity and time involved with each individual's case, a personalized payment plan can be arranged to fit within your family's budget.
